I have finally mastered the art of sitting - for longer than 3 seconds at a time! And without my bumbo.
Before mommy got out the camera, I sat in this same spot and then did a face plant when I fell forward. Twice! But, I tried again and she caught my successful sitting on film for all to see!
In case you are wondering, yes, I am only wearing one sock. Who needs socks anyways? I believe the other one is somewhere by the couch where I kicked it off earlier. Mommy noticed it then but didn't bother trying to put it back on because she knew what I'd do! :)
Now it's just a matter of time before my face plants turn into forward crawling. I am trying my hardest and mommy says I get an A for effort. Especially given all the noises I make when I try to crawl - usually towards any enticing toy that seems to always be placed just out of arms reach from me! One day, you'll see. I'll just surprise everyone!

That's my girl! I taught her everything she knows....well, at least the raspberries! Now all I need to teach her is that there is a time and a place for everything. And, with a mouth full of food is certainly not the time for raspberries.
