our house, in the middle of our street

We just got back from Boston today, after spending the weekend up there with daddy. He took us to our new home up there! It's going to be very different from where we live now. For starters, there's no carpet - just hardwood floors everywhere. I'll have to get used to crawling on those floors - since I tend to slip on things that don't have carpet. Or, maybe I'll be walking by the time we move so it won't matter.

Other things that will captivate my attention - stairs and a fireplace! We don't have stairs in our current apartment. And I am not sure what a fireplace is but mommy says it will be nice in the winter time and we can hang our holiday stockings there in December. Does this mean we'll get a real tree this year?

Once we get settled, we'll have lots of people over for bbq's in the backyard! That's the most important difference for me - a space outside with green grass to run around in.
