This past long weekend, we took a little road trip to the coast, just north of Boston. Lots of nice places to walk and see the ocean. And, more importantly, where I could play on the beach! We went to Gloucester - where the movie Perfect Storm was filmed.

But, while walking into the town of Rockport, daddy and I stopped at a fire station. We were just walking up to take a closer look at the fire trucks when a real live fireman came out to talk to us. He gave us a mini tour and let us get inside the oldest, still functioning, ladder truck in the area. It was cool!!!

Last, but not least, we rang the big silver bell in this bottom photo! I love fire trucks!
