traffic hazard

There have been many nicknames that have floated around for Julia.
Pigglet - her first nickname (hence the blog), reflecting her Chinese zodiac sign
Mouse - since there is already a Cat in the house. Given to her by our Philly friends, Ed & Sarah

Previously, Julia has had nicknames that were representative of her behavior.
E.T. - her most animated facial expression - forehead all scrunched up, face protruding forward.
Grunty - based on the noises she liked to make. She is very vocal!
Three hour egg timer - her feeding schedule was like clockwork at times.

Today, while in the park on a stroll, a woman walked by and looked at Julia and commented on how cute Julia was. And then the woman almost got run over by a cyclist because she was distracted and not paying attention to where she was walking. "Oh, she's a traffic hazard!" the woman exclaimed. Hmm, that's a new one.
