San Diego

It was a nice break from the winter in the east. We headed to San Diego last week for a conference and dad and Julia got to enjoy a nice stay at a hotel on the waterfront.

The weather was great for our trip. Dad and Julia got to enjoy some nice time outdoors and in the pool. Ok, so the actual pool was too cold, and the hot tub was less than hot. As a result, Julia took a quick dip in the hot tub most days and enjoyed splashing around in the water. This is practice for Cape Cod beach in the summer!



We went out walking a lot. We saw large ships/aircraft carriers and famous statues.

And more large ships.

We also had some company while in San Diego!

With Aunt Joanne - who flew in from Las Vegas on short notice!
