Yurt adventures

We decided to try something new this summer for our annual camping retreat at Nickerson State Park. Rather than staying in a tent and get rained on (which seems to have been our luck the past few years), we decided to see what camping would be like if we spend the time in a yurt! We were very surprised at how fun and easy (and spoiled) we have become to camping while living in a yurt. And yes, we stayed dry - even during a wicked thunderstorm!!! Here are a few pics.

Oh, a bunk bed, with rails!!! Maybe I can sleep on a top bunk for a change?I love my monkey-bed!I think mommy was happy given her condition to not have to sleep on an air mattress on the floor. An extra perk. Wonder if the babies will like it next year? :)
