Today, I turned three weeks old! To mark the event, we went to check out the daycare at mommy's work, where I'll be checking in for duty when mommy goes back to the office in Aug or Sept if all goes according to plan. It was nice. Lots of bigger kids there - all pointing at me and saying "baby! baby! baby!" I guess they were all much older than me (youngest was 11 weeks) so I have some catching up to do. But, there are a lot of new toys there..and an art teacher and music teacher so I'm sure I'll have lots to keep me busy eventually - when I'm not sleeping. And there is a BIG playground in the back outside. The day care workers seem nice too.
I'll probably go there for short practice days starting in Aug just to get used to things before the real deal starting in Sept. I don't think I'll have much of a problem adjusting. But, I think mommy is going to need some time getting used to letting me out of her sight!
