I am three months old today!
What's new with me? My head strength is getting stronger and I like to lift it up and look around. It doesn't last long though and then I crash back down onto mommy or daddy's shoulder.
I have found my fingers and like to rigorously suck on them. Why do they taste so good?
I smile lots! And make cooing sounds and laugh. I am talking to you! You just don't understand me yet.
I try to copy people. Like when mommy whistles - I round my lips but nothing comes out. I have to work on this.
I am sleeping longer at nights. I usually fall asleep at 9 pm and then have been waking up at 4 for some food. Then I don't wake up again until about 7.
What do I have to look forward to? Next week, mommy plans to drop me off at daycare for partial days to try it out. I wonder if I'll like it? Mommy is somewhat worried about me because I haven't been drinking out of a bottle lately. Poor dad. I have been crying lots in his ear. I wonder how the daycare workers are going to handle me when I fuss? Maybe they'll just hold me the entire time since this is how I like to sleep during the days!
Then I get to gear up for my first plane ride! That should be interesting.
