home away from home

Vancouver, that is.

It has been a few days since our long flight to the west coast. We have caught up on sleep, although our schedules are still somewhat mixed up. Julia is enjoying meeting her grandparents and going for walks in a nice suburban neighborhood (no ambulance sirens or anything like what we have in the city). Mom is enjoying grandma's home cooking, when Julia isn't fussing to go to sleep. And reading for pleasure (yes, I am finally reading Harry Potter). Everyone is getting spoiled!

Had a few days of rain - wouldn't be Vancouver without it. But, now we are in the clear for a few days of fantastic weather. So, hopefully in the next couple of days, we can post some scenic Vancouver shots.
