the next generation

How times have changed. Previously, the priorities of the Vancouver gang were focused on courses to take at SFU, where to go Sat night, and Canucks hockey.

Now? The next generation has arrived and the discussion has turned to bouncy seats, pizza flavors that kids will eat, sleeping patterns, diaper brands, and resemblance to parents.

Julia's Vancouver playmates are all anxiously awaiting her to grow a little so they can really start playing with one another.

Here's Devin (with Dad - Rob).
Here's Isabella (with Dad - Alex). She's just three weeks younger than Julia! Do you think she has Dad's hair? :)
And here are Isabella and Devin's older sisters respectively: Evelynne and Caitlyn And finally, the entire gang - or at least we tried. Evelynne ran away so we couldn't get her in the photo. From left to right: Devin, Caitlyn, Isabella, Sierra (Isabella and Evelynne's older sister) and Julia. Poor Devin is outnumbered 5:1 with girls. His dad says he'll enjoy this fact when he's older?

Very cute! This group could be trouble in 10+ years (just like their Vancouver parents?). Julia's time with her grandparents is paying off. She is looking more Asian these days. I wish I was there.

Love,
Jack

It was fun to hang out with you and Julia! Have a safe trip home and hopefully we'll see you (and Jack) soon. In the meantime, we'll keep checking your blog to keep up to date on what you're up to!

I wish I had been in Vancouver to share the baby excitement!

The next generation is a good looking bunch!
