worked like a charm
BIG thank you to Aunt Joanne for the comment on the swing! We had been holding out setting the swing up in order to have one less piece of baby gear in the living room. However, sometimes you just have to suck it up.
We put Julia in last night and she was out cold. Then this afternoon, she was fussing again and though it took a little longer, she is now peaceful in her swing. Whew! Anyone own stock in batteries?

Rechargeable batteries. Seriously! The swing was one of our essential items for Caitlyn. Devin, not so much, but it seemed like he never slept, period.
Back to the batteries. We bought 2 sets of rechargeables so we always had one set ready to go. There's nothing worse than having the babe all calm and peaceful, on the verge of falling asleep, and then having the swing come to a halt!!

Ahhh, how peaceful and relaxing! Now if they only made those for the parents too!
